Coach
Opening Date January 1, 2010
Description The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills of personnel so classified
General Purpose
 
Under the direct supervision of the Area Manager, the Coach works to increase student achievement and improve the implementation of SFAF programs by providing training and consultation to schools in one major component.
Principal Accountabilities
 
Provides training at a routine level in one component of SFA as measured by:
  • Knowledge Assessments
  • Expert Review by structured conversation or observation
  • School Ratings
Provides high-level implementation support for one major SFA components, resulting in increased levels of student achievement, as measured by:
  • state assessments
  • district assessments; and/or
  • program assessments.
Develops and maintains ongoing positive, professional relationship with school staff, actively promoting and sustaining the SFAF programs as measured by:
  • School feedback forms
