Towson, Maryland – January, 21st, 2010 The Success for All Foundation (SFAF) is honored to announce that it has been selected as a school turnaround provider in Colorado. The foundation will be eligible to provide its research-based and research-proven programs to all Colorado schools that are attempting comprehensive school improvement.
The school turnaround initiative in Colorado reflects a nation-wide trend toward large-scale partnerships between states and educational agencies under a common goal of comprehensive reform. These turnaround initiatives provide a wide range of integrated solutions, including curriculum overhaul, regular assessment and data monitoring, ongoing professional development, and increased community and parental involvement.
The Success for All Foundation has effectively delivered turnaround services in over 1,200 schools, and our model is specifically tailored to provide sustained school-improvement. We will work to provide Colorado schools with the skills they need within the first two years of the partnership, in order to ensure their success will continue beyond the funding cliff.
